My spiritual awakening began 5 years ago when I started to have troubling visions. For me, I needed to rule out the existence of mental health and physical issues before I came across the spiritual path that was opening before me. It wasn't an easy process. Often, I felt frightened, anxious, angry, and depressed. For many years I called myself agnostic, until I started on this quest for spiritual enlightenment.
When I came across Reiki, it provided me with a structure to work with. Although I had some initial misgivings about it, especially about the visualizing myself as a tree growing roots. Although I recognized it may work for others, but for me, it was sort of off putting. However, I believed in the peace of mind that Reiki can offer. So, I began to study...
I paid attention to what I saw before me, with my own eyes. I started to pay attention to the behaviors that our Chakra points can offer, and I learned that when we change our behaviors, we can alter the energies within our bodies to produce a better result physically as well as mentally. It was a game changer.
